ChartMaker is an EMR system that helps you create E & M compliant patient notes, medical reports, letters, and more. Pen-based, speech enabled, and template driven, ChartMaker is designed to be installed in a phased implementation to move the medical practice from a hand-written, manual chart system to an HFCA's E & M compliant electronic medical one.
